William J. Christy, founded Cognitive Kinetics in 2014 and leads the business as executive chairman. As an executive with Philos Ventures, Bill was CEO of Spine Matrix, a device company, from 2009 through 2013, for the purposes of restructuring the company and initiating a clinical trial. Bill led AOI Medical from inception in 2005 through 2009, where he raised the capital requirements which included listing the company on the London AIM Stock Exchange.
As president and CEO of Ortheon Medical LLC, he successfully led the company in its development and commercialization of a new technology for the repair of tendons in the body. With ESD Medical, LLC, Bill led the transaction to US Surgical Corporation and Synergistic Medical Technologies Inc., transacted to Ethicon Endo-Surgery (a Johnson & Johnson company). He is also a co-founder and former Regional Sales Director of Ethicon Endo-Surgery.
Bill is currently CEO of CLASH Endurance, an event sports media company.
Bill received his BS/BA from the University of Central Florida and his MBA from Rollins College Crummer Graduate School of Business.
Deanna Myers-Kriete has 22 years of medical experience. Her start in physical therapy gave her a solid foundation in anatomy and physiology. Since then, her diverse career crossing multiple disciplines continues to provide an extensive knowledge-base on various products and tools for joints, sports medicine, trauma and spine.
Deanna's continuous success, strong relationships and competitive nature make her a great fit at Cognitive Kinetics as partner and vice president of sales. She manages much of the day-to-day operations and new market development, and she plays a key role in strategic planning. A leader with true passion for teaching and sharing her clinical knowledge, Deanna consistently develops well-educated sales teams that accelerate revenue growth and market share.
Deanna is an accomplished triathlete and has represented the United States in two world championships, placing competitively in both.
Stacey Melanson’s financial background spans a number of industries, but the one constant is her fiscal discipline and focus on creating a cohesive, team environment. Stacey joined Cognitive Kinetics as the chief financial officer in July 2020. Most recently, Stacey spent 18 years in the motorsports industry, including the last four as CFO of AMA Pro Racing, a professional motorcycle racing organization. In 2008 Stacey led the transaction of Grand American Road Racing to NASCAR. Simultaneously, she worked on the purchase of professional motorcycle racing rights from an Ohio company to Daytona Motorsports Group.
Stacey is a graduate of the University of Connecticut with a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting. She also serves as treasurer on the board of Hope Reins, Inc., a non-profit, therapeutic horseback riding program.
